Job Overview:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of entertainers, ensuring high-quality performances and activities for hotel guests. You will oversee daily schedules, maintain team morale, and act as the main point of contact between the hotel and the entertainment team. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of entertainers, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Plan and coordinate entertainment programs, including daytime and evening activities.
• Act as a liaison between hotel management and the entertainment team.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain a high energy level and professionalism.
• Handle scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution within the team.
• Ensure all activities meet company standards and provide an excellent guest experience.
• Participate in performances, games, and interactive events with guests when necessary.
• Monitor guest feedback and make improvements to the entertainment program.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in entertainment or hospitality, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for guest engagement.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
