Job Overview:

As an All-Around Entertainer, you will be the heart of the hotel’s entertainment program, engaging guests of all ages in a variety of daytime and evening activities. From sports and games to shows and interactive events, your role is to create an unforgettable holiday experience with energy, enthusiasm, and creativity. This is a dynamic and social position that requires confidence, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and lead daytime activities, including fitness sessions, pool games, sports tournaments, and group challenges.
• Host and participate in evening entertainment, such as themed shows, cabaret performances, quizzes, and mini discos.
• Interact with guests to encourage participation and create a lively atmosphere.
• Work closely with the entertainment team to plan and execute creative programs.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment for various activities.
• Adapt entertainment styles to suit different guest demographics and preferences.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in entertainment, performing arts, or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
• Outgoing, confident, and energetic personality.
• Strong communication and public-speaking skills.
• Ability to dance, sing, act, or host is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (such as German, French, or Russian) are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Team player with a passion for entertaining and engaging people.
